Delete your Avo App account

How to request deletion

You can delete your account yourself, from inside Avo App, at any time:

• Open Avo App and sign in.
• Go to Profile (also available under Security), and tap Delete My Account.
• Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you cannot sign in, or would rather not use the app, write to info@sustainable-avo.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so we do not delete the wrong account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently closes it: sign-in and access to Avo App are disabled, your authentication account is closed, your profile photo is deleted, convenience notifications are removed, and account-specific data stored on your device is cleared.

What we retain, and why

Identity-verification, financial, transaction, security, and compliance records may remain, with access blocked, where we are required to keep them for an applicable legal, contractual, compliance, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purpose.

Retained records are used only for that purpose, and for no other. They are suppressed once the requirement to keep them ends.

Deleting your account does not by itself end or unwind an investment, which is governed by the executed documentation.
