AVO Oro Verde develops and operates avocado farmland in Mexico as a long-term real asset.
We raise private capital from qualified investors to plant and steward the land, and we work it directly: grafting and tending seedlings in the nursery, walking the rows, and keeping records of every block.
The fruit needs particular altitude, soil, and steady water, and most of the ground that has all three is already planted. That is the case for the land. How well an orchard is run is what decides whether it keeps producing for decades.

The people on the land
The orchards are run by people who have spent their careers in agriculture, finance, and getting Mexican fruit to market. Between them they have opened export markets, built and sold companies, audited filings, and run the science of growing things in hard places.
